a community that meets their lifestyle. We offer our assistance throughout the entire
transitioning process.
Group Moves
We assist with all elements of a group move. We have presentations prepared for
each of our markets and can assist with your group move on short notice.
Marketing Assistance
Our relocation staff is trained in all types of higher-offer programs (BVO and amended)
and works closely with our sales associates in preparing the ERC form. Long & Foster
sales associates help minimize the risk to your organization in administering Marketing
Assistance Programs.
Inventory
Our relocation staff and trained inventory sales associates work closely together
to manage the property from BPO to settlement and billing.
Domestic and International Fee-Based Rental Assistance
Our sales associates will provide a thorough, customized tour of the area and show
appropriate properties based on the transferee's specifications. International assistance
includes visits to facilities such as schools, banks, grocery stores, the post office,
the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Social Security Administration.
e-Real Estate
This is the newest line of business for the Long & Foster Relocation Services division.
This department’s primary focus is to service Internet consumers requesting information
on the real estate properties listed on our company Web site. The Internet is the
fastest growing vehicle for information gathering and consumers take full advantage
of this ability. The Long & Foster e-Real Estate Services Department assists with
any inquiries relating to the purchase or sale of real property and homeownership
needs.
