Our relocation programs give Long & Foster sales associates many significant business
advantages. If you are highly recommended by your managing broker and meet qualifying
performance levels, you could be eligible for specific relocation training to handle
relocation referrals. Many of our training courses have been approved for continuing
education credits.
Let us assist you by placing your outgoing referrals. An outgoing referral is a
referral for real estate assistance outside of the Long & Foster market area. You
must have the permission of the customer before referring them.
Metro Referrals
There comes a time in some agents’ careers when they no longer wish, or are unable,
to continue in real estate sales. That is why Metro Referrals
was established over 20 years ago. It gives agents the ability to keep their licenses
active and earn income simply by making referrals. Referrals can be made to or from
anywhere in the country. They do not have to be only in the state where the agent
is licensed. The added benefit is that Metro agents do not pay Realtor Association
dues, MRIS/MLS fees or errors and omissions insurance. It’s easy to join by just
doing a license transfer.
