Property Management Long & Foster property management was formed in 1981 to service the ever-growing demand for investment property management and leasing services in the northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. markets served at that time.

Over the years, we have grown to serve the entire Mid-Atlantic region as an integral part of the largest privately owned real estate company in the nation. We now have over 25 full-time property managers and extensive support personnel, servicing a portfolio of thousands of single family, townhome, and condominium rental units.

Keeping pace with a rapidly changing market and staying abreast of ever increasing legal and fair housing issues in the property management specialty makes Long & Foster’s investment property management program second to none.
