The Long & Foster Home Service Connections® Program has aggregated a number of home related services through local, regional and national companies. Our website provides contact information for these service providers 24/7 so you can reach out to the vendors you need at any time on any given day. You may use the “Request an Appointment” link on individual web ads, or contact them by phone, email or through a link to their own company website. The number and variety of services varies throughout the Long & Foster Mid-Atlantic region and our toll free number will provide additional assistance to help you with all of your moving and home related service needs.

About Our Vendors
The service providers participating in our program have been referred to us by our agents, employees, and other affiliated vendors. Many have been affiliated with us for a number of years, others are newer to our program.
All participants are pre-screened, have presented evidence of required insurance and appropriate licensing, and have a written contract with Long & Foster outlining their obligations to the program. The staff of Home Service Connections® is regularly in contact with our vendors and is available to assist clients should the need arise, Mon. – Fri. 9 am to 5 pm.
- Vendors are expected to respond to service requests within a 48 hour window during the business week.
- Vendors are directly responsible for pricing, estimates, contracts and invoices for all clients with whom they do business.
- Any special offers or discounts are at the discretion of the individual vendors offering them.
